We are a reliable source for information about eldercare and senior services, offering support for care planning. We also provide the same personalized services for those who are disabled or face ongoing health issues.

After a phone call or email consultation, we will suggest how we can help you and your loved ones. Typically, we start with a thorough assessment done by a licensed social worker, which leads to customized recommendations and a care plan. From there, we can assist as much or as little as you need with planning, problem-solving, education, and advocacy.

Meet the Owner:

Tisha Daleska is a licensed social worker with an MBA, having earned both degrees from Bowling Green State University. Raised in Northwest Ohio and currently based in Sylvania, Tisha has always had a strong commitment to her community and a passion for service. She became the proud owner of Golden Care Partners in July of 2023, a company dedicated to providing compassionate support and guidance to clients in need.

In her personal life, Tisha is a devoted mother to two children—one currently navigating high school and the other pursuing her dreams in college. Tisha has been married for nearly two decades to her partner in life, Jeremy Daleska. She also has 15 year old dog she’s had since he was a puppy.

Beyond her professional and family commitments, Tisha finds joy in nurturing her love for houseplants and spending time with her beloved dog. She values the connections she has with friends and family, often engaging in community service and volunteer activities that reflect her dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
